The first session usually begins with a parent consultation, where we talk about your concerns, your child’s needs, and what you’re hoping for. This helps me get a better understanding and plan how to best support your child or teen.
After that, I’ll spend some one-on-one time with your child or teen to start building comfort and connection at their own pace.
If your child prefers having you in the room, that’s completely okay. We can always adjust and include you in the session so they feel safe and supported.
